Two lobe roots blowers is a new product developed by our company based on the advanced technology features of types of Roots air blower at domestic and abroad. The development of three lobes/two lobes roots blower is based on the application of advanced CAD design and advanced processing technology, to ensure the fan performance, and our roots air blowers have been used widely in all kinds of industrial machines. Two lobe roots blowers have wide range of air flow, sub files, high pressure, and there are nearly 20 models, more than 100 kinds of specifications of three lobes roots air blowers.

Two lobe roots blowers is adopted for shielded wire of intake air and air exhausted of case of blower.Triangular air inlet constructed by bright wire at the top of rotor is opened in sequence through rotation of rotor,three lobes/two lobes roots blower avoiding instantaneous opening or closing of air inlet and air exit,resulting in extremely small running noise,almost no air exhaust pulsating movement.

High efficiency.Two lobe roots blowers is adopted for rotor,facilitating keeping mutual clearance between rotors,no need to consider slight axial change causing rotors mutually contact,just as rotor of spiral type,thus making efficiency further elevate.Low vibration.As precise digital control machine toolthree lobes/two lobes roots blower is adopted for machine of rotor,and adopting high precision dynamic balance is adopted to conduct balancing,therefore there is almost no vibration for running of blower.

Main Features:
i, Low noise
with adoption of helical tri-lobe roots rotors and the discharge port of special geometry, the
airflow noise is much lower compared to typical straight-lobe roots blower. The noise level
can be reduced by 8db in the band of low frequency; hence the noise in the surroundings of
blower can be significantly improved.
ii, High adiabatic efficiency
with design of helical tri-lobe roots rotors, the airflow pulsation is less and the air streamline
would be more stable. Therefore the fluctuation in airflow is less and then the energy waste
can be reduced. Additionally, the instantaneous backflow of discharge is lower by the design
of special discharge port. Compared to straight-lobe roots blower, the adiabatic efficiency
can be raised up to 20%.
iii, Super Energy saving
Compared to the typical roots blower under the same operation conditions of discharge
pressure and airflow volume, the power consumption of helical tri-lobe roots blower will be
lower by 20
